Additional information about rental rates
  • $46 to $100 per night with a 30 nights minimum stay.

  • 50% required upon booking and the balance due 60 day before arrival.

  • We accept all major credit cards and checks though PayPal. All bookings are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the stay.

  • Free long distance to mainland USA, inter-Island and Canada. Free high speed internet (Oceanic Time Warner Cable).

  • $300 refundable security deposit upon bookings will be required .Tax Rate: 12.42%. One time cleaning fee of $120.

  • Additional charge for 3rd and 4th person ( $5 per night for additional person ). $120 electric bill allowance it is in place to avoid excessive AC and electrical use (typical electric bill runs $70 to $100) I will pay for the electric bill up to $120 per month if the bill goes above that this would be the amount you will be responsible for ( for example if the bill is $150 you would be responsible for the additional $30 ) .You are welcome to book 30 nights and use less time or share your stay with friends and or family.
